Charging infrastructure with PV integration in Jena, Erfurt und Eisenach

Do your weekly shopping and charge your electric car at the same time: a total of 12 DC charging points, 30 AC charging points and 2 transformers were installed at 3 locations by CONNECT. A technically sophisticated integration of roof and wall-mounted PV systems was implemented, ensuring that customers are able to use the green electricity produced for charging. In addition to planning, construction and commissioning, CONNECT also handles technical maintenance, provides dashboards for self-administration and monitoring purposes, and manages the marketing of the THG quotas and the charging stations in Roaming networks. In Jena, where a state-of-the-art charging park was built in the customer parking lot of an Aldi supermarket, the following hardware was installed: 3 Alpitronic HYC300 and 15 Alfen Eve Double which are supplied with green electricity from a 655 kWp PV system.
