Charging solutions for 96 commercial vehicles

The Hamburg Stadtreinigung depot is now also a place to recharge. We have installed a comprehensive charging solution here that is designed to meet the specific requirements of commercial electric vehicles. Both AC and DC charging infrastructure has been implemented to optimally integrate e-mobility into operations. The AC charging points enable efficient charging overnight, while the DC charging stations provide fast intermediate charging during the working day. In the final stage, Stadtreinigung Hamburg will have 42 AC charging points and 32 fast charging points with 8 Kempower Satellites and 6 Alpitronic HYC150. This means that the vehicles are always ready for use and can be used flexibly in all areas.

The charging solution built with GP JOULE CONNECT, especially with the satellite concept, is ideal for our space requirements for charging the large vehicles. It also allows for flexible expansion, because we see the future in electrification, and we are also getting very positive feedback from our drivers.”
